TEAM is an association of local leaders serving as capacity builders and advocates for the workforce development system. TEAM is the catalyst for affecting change, establishing policy, and providing leadership in the workforce investment system to supply employers with a competitive workforce and to provide job seekers with training and employment opportunities that lead to careers that enhance their financial security and the economic climate of the local regions and communities in the State of Missouri.
